Solo Exhibition
The residency at La Curtiduría in Oaxaca City in 2010 was a very important moment in my artistic process. Due to family and personal circumstances, after years of not dedicating myself to art (but to agriculture), I decided to resume my artistic career. The residency consisted basically of a review of all my previous artistic production with a special focus on my stay in Europe between 1998-2004.
It was a turning point in my life and career, after the residency I decided to settle down in Oaxaca City, I founded an independent space with other local artists NOW (New Oaxacan Workshop) and developed an exhibition project for the Museum of Oaxacan Painters.
